For one night each month, twelve seats at Guard & Grace Houston’s stunning horseshoe bar are reserved for an intimate, chef-led omakase experience, created exclusively for that evening and never repeated.
This is a highly curated, eight-course tasting built on trust, storytelling, and creative freedom. Rooted in the spirit of “I leave it up to you,” each menu is shaped by seasonality, global inspiration, and instinct unfolding course-by-course in real time.
Guests are invited to step completely off-menu and into an interactive dining experience designed to surprise, delight, and immerse.

Dinners are hosted by Chef/Owner Troy Guard and Executive Chef Adam Vero. Each evening evolves with its own personality, designed to surprise and reward those who secure a seat. Enjoy stories about inspirations, destinations and ingredients as the chefs create what compels them.
Tickets are $145 per person for food or $195 per person with a curated beverage pairing.
