A portion of every ticket sold benefits Impact Culinary Training, the nonprofit culinary workforce development program founded by Chef Rick Bayless. The program provides tuition-free culinary education, job readiness training, and paid restaurant internships for young adults from underrepresented communities, helping launch the next generation of hospitality professionals.
