Over the past two decades, Cody—son of Oregon winemaking legend Ken Wright—has forged his own winemaking path that lends itself to a more restrained, elegant style that highlights the beauty of the fruit that comes from some of the best vineyards in Oregon.
Inspired by our Sommelier Matthew McLaughlin's own visit to Oregon Pinot Camp this summer, this 5-course dinner is a tribute to that experience—featuring a Pinot-focused menu designed around it's natural affinity for pairings with duck. Expect vivid flavors, insider stories, and an intimate evening that brings the spirit of the Willamette Valley to Houston.
